Mr. Rajesh Sharma, Chairman and Managing Director
Mr. Rajesh Sharma has over 17 years of experience in Capital Market and Financial
Advisory Services. As a founder entrepreneur, he has been instrumental in making
MMFSL one of the leading Financial Services players in India. He brings in rich
experience in Loan Syndication, Innovating new financial products, Designing Investment
strategies for clients and financial risk management. He is a Chartered Accountant.
Mr. Bhagwati Prasad, Additional Director (Independent)
Mr. Bhagwati Prasad is a Post Graduate in Law (LLM) from Jodhpur University and
LLB from Doongar College,Bikaner. He did his B.Sc from Government College-Hissar.
He was called to Bar in 1972 and practiced law for nearly 24 years before being
elevated as Judge of Rajasthan High Court in 1996. While in Practice, he held the
position of Secretary, Rajasthan High Court Advocates Association in the year 1976
and that of President of the Rajasthan High Court Advocates Association in the year
1986. He was Member of Bar Council of India for the period 1991 to 1993 and also
Bar Council of Rajasthan for the period 1981 to 1996, Managing Trustee of Bar Council
of India Trust for the period 1992-93.
As a Judge of Rajasthan High Court, he initiated many reform measures as to improve
functioning of the subordinate courts in Rajasthan.
He took oath as Judge of High Court of Gujarat at Ahmadabad on February 07, 2008
and was appointed as Chief Justice of Jharkhand High Court on August 22, 2010. He
retired as Chief Justice of Jharkhand High Court on May 12, 2011 and was designated
as Senior Advocate by the Supreme Court of India on September 01, 2011.
Mr. Mukesh Kacker , Additional Director (Independent)
Mukesh Kacker has almost three decades of experience of working in the Government
as an I.A.S. officer of the 1979 batch (before he opted for voluntary retirement
to work in the area of infrastructure), and has held important senior positions,
both in policy formulation roles as well as in executing capacities. As Member,
National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), he was in the vanguard of personnel
leading India’s highways revolution and was instrumental in planning and executing
a major portion of the Golden Quadrilateral. The country’s first major project on
PPP basis– the six-lane Jaipur Kishangarh Project – was negotiated and finalized
by him. The first Greenfield Expressway of India – the Ahmedabad Vadodara Expressway
– was completed under his leadership. He also created the model for the privatization
of all post-construction activities like operations & maintenance, tolling and
highway traffic management system (HTMS). As Joint Secretary (Petrochemicals), he
drafted the National Policy on Petrochemicals and conceptualized the policy on Investment
Regions anchored by big Petrochemical units. In the late 80s and early 90s, he held
the positions of Executive Director, NAFED, Director, Ministry of Human Resource
Development and Private Secretary to the Minister of HRD, in the Government of India.
In his state cadre of Madhya Pradesh, Mukesh has held various positions including
Education Secretary to the Government, Managing Directors of two state Public Sector
Undertakings and Secretary to the Chief Minister.
Mukesh holds a Masters degree in Economics from Harvard University, U.S.A. He was
Allahabad University’s topper in B.Sc (Physics, Mathematics, Statistics) as well
as in M.A. (Political Science). Mukesh Kackeralso writes for The Economic Times,
Financial Express, Business Standard and GOVERNANCE now where his articles, mainly
on infrastructure and governance issues, have been featured on the editorial and
policy pages.
Mukesh has also served as Director General, Institute for Competition & Regulation,
a not-for-profit research and capacity building organization working in the areas
of competition policy/law and regulation of infrastructure.
Mukesh was a Technical Expert on the Justice B.N.Srikrishna Committee that was formed
by the Government of India to advise it on the situation in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
In view of his experience in the infrastructure sector, the Government of India
inducted him as Member, Task Force on Infrastructure Development and Mega Projects.
Mukesh Kacker also serves as Independent Director on the Board of two companies
- Arshiya International Ltd., a Mumbai based and BSE & NSE listed logistics-infrastructure
company, and, Entertainment World Developers Ltd., a Mumbai based urban infrastructure
company.
Mukesh also holds the position of Advisor to Vestergaard Frandsen, a Switzerland
based multinational working in the area of public health.

Mr. Beni Prrasad Rauka, Independent Director
Mr. Beni Prrasad Rauka is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with an experience
that spans over 23 years in the Finance Industry. Through his career he worked with
Category I Merchant Banking firms and finance companies. Mr. Rauka is presently
associated with SEB Group of companies as a group CFO and heads the finance and
accounts departments since over 10 years.
Mr. Dinesh Chandra Babel, Independent Director
Mr. Dinesh Chandra Babel is a Chartered Accountant and LLB with an experience that
spans over 40 years in the Industry. He is also a member of National Productivity
Council, Surveyor & Loss Assessors Association.
Through his career he worked with Birla Corp Limited, J K Corp Limited, Jai Prakash
Industries India Limited, Hindustan Development Corporation Limited, Birla Yamaha
Limited, PSM Limited and Ispat Industries Limited.
Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Sanger, Independent Director
Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Sanger is a working professional who possess academic degree of
M.Com, M. Phil and Ph.D from department of business administration, University of
Rajasthan Jaipur.
He has corporate working experience of more than 16 year with various blue-chip
companies of Indian Corporate sector.
